Delete Your BeApp Account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. Here's how.

Delete from inside the app

Account deletion is built into BeApp on iOS and Android. The whole process takes about a minute:

Open the BeApp app iOS or Android — make sure you're signed in to the account you want to delete.
Go to your profile Tap your profile icon, then open Settings.
Tap "Delete Account" You'll find this option at the bottom of the Settings or Account screen.
Confirm Read the confirmation message, then tap to confirm. This step is irreversible.

What gets deleted: your profile (name, photo, bio), connected social accounts, message history, gift activity, location data, push-notification tokens, and all other personal information tied to your account. Deletion is permanent and processed within 30 days.

Don't have access to the app?

If you can't open the app or log in, email us at accounts@beapp.co from the email address registered to your account. Tell us you'd like your account deleted, and we'll process the request within 30 days.

Gifts you've received

All gifts you've received from other users — Wave, Rose, Crown, Gold and Diamond — are tied to your account. Deleting your account permanently removes them, and they can't be transferred or restored afterwards.

Got it. Anything else?

Account deletion is final. We don't keep shadow copies, and there's no "undelete" option. If you change your mind later, you'll need to create a fresh account.
